'Themed Workshops' will be held to investigate potential projects.

6 February 2015

Notice of Ballot is sent to all eligible businesses.

19th February 2015

Start of Ballot. All participating businesses will receive their ballot forms.

26 March 2015

Ballot date. Close of ballot. All businesses will have 28 days to cast their vote.

1 June 2015

The ballot for the Penzance BID was successful with 77% of votes being in favour of the establishment of a BID and 23% against.  There were 224 votes cast representing 56% of the 'electorate'. There were five spoilt/incomplete ballot papers.

The votes in favour of the BID represented 71% of the rateable value of those that voted.

The result is an unambiguous endorsement of the Penzance BID proposal.
